This crazy game gives you the chance to take the role of president bush for just a couple of minutes while he fights against the horde of terrorists. In Bush shoot out game, there are a number of missions. In the first mission called “oval office”, we see an unnamed terrorist group sneak past the secret service agent going to the white house. The bust shootout game features two endings. The first one takes place when the terrorists are defeated outside the white house. Tagging the van is a difficult job but if the player does not do it, it smashes into the white house. As a result the final narrative from bush is “I think war is a dangerous place”. If the player is successful in blowing up the van, the last scenes shown is a terrorist trying to get to his gun but bush leaps and shoots at the terrorist by saying, “I think they underestimated me“.
It is amazing how well the developer of this game has communicated his idea. Both narrative endings emphasize to mock the developments that are taking place in the game play. Bush shoot out mocks the methods and policies of President Bush and it is amazing how the game developer has taken the players to a ride into the bush psyche as he sees it. Those who agree and those who disagree need to play bush shoot out just for the sake of experiencing something that was developed with a message and a meaning to it.
Bush shoot out just emphasizes the policies of the Bush administration in a mocking way. It is common belief that the American public is against such massive level blood shed in countries like Iraq and Afghanistan and times and again human right groups have condemned the steps that the Bush administration has been taking and also condemned the way they handled a very sensitive situation. On the other hand the Bush administration has always felt proud on what they did and have chosen to ignore the damages that they have caused. While others see him as a murderer Bush believes he is a soldier against terrorism and this is exactly what he appears to be in this Bush shootout game. Bush has been shown as a one man army with Condoleezza Rice supporting him in the game. This game has a message in it which very obviously mocks what Bush administration has been doing during its regime. However, some may say that this game is showing Bush to be a hero who is eradicating the terrorism that is threatening his country and Condoleezza Rice is assisting him in achieving this just like in real life.
